Carson B. Reihsen

Carson continues his more than ten years working in the legal field with Reihsen & Associates. Joining the Texas Bar in 2017 is a culminating milestone to his work assisting businesses with their legal matters that stretches back to 2007. Carson began as a legal assistant to a multi-billion dollar investment fund company where he worked for more than five years in fund compliance matters, entity maintenance and documenting investor meetings, board meetings and transaction closings.

Also, while concurrently completing his law studies at Texas Tech University School of Law, Carson gained a background in lawsuits and other legal disputes through his employment with one of the leading boutique business litigation firms in North Texas and as a clerk in the federal court to The Honorable Samuel Ray Cummings, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Since graduating law school Carson’s legal experience includes researching, advising and creating founder and corporate organizational materials, purchase and sale agreements, wills & trusts and other estate planning matters, and pleadings, motions, depositions, document discovery, and pleadings and other filings in civil litigation cases, including for cases in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the Northern District of Texas Bankruptcy Court, United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, and Texas State trial courts.
